We took two trips with Hurgada For You and overall had a very positive experience. The activities were well-organized and we had a great time.
Unfortunately, during one of the trips, our son fell ill during the night and was therefore unable to participate. We had purchased insurance, but it ultimately didn't apply in our situation.
We therefore requested, as an exception, a small gesture of goodwill, given that this absence was entirely beyond his control. We understand the terms and conditions, of course, but we would have appreciated a little more flexibility in this particular situation.
We had a different experience with GetYourGuide, which agreed to a gesture of goodwill in a similar situation, even though the conditions for a refund weren't met. Despite this, it remains a good experience with Hurgada For You, which we recommend for the quality of its excursions. We simply hope that in the future, in this type of exceptional situation beyond the client's control, a commercial solution can be considered.

Nous avons vécu une excellente expérience à Hurghada, notamment lors de notre excursion en bateau. Notre guide (AHMED🩷!!)a été absolument formidable : toujours souriant, très attentionné, professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. Il s’est investi à fond pour que tout le monde passe une journée inoubliable. On sent qu’il donne énormément dans son travail, et cela mérite d’être reconnu. Il devrait vraiment être récompensé, voire augmenté, pour son engagement. Un immense merci à lui pour cette magnifique expérience !
