I did six activities with this agency. The activities themselves were more or less good, and most of the guides were quite nice… But the organization and the drivers were catastrophic. First of all, the drivers drove recklessly, practically dying on every turn. We even had one driver who drove the wrong way down the road twice! The cars were practically on their last legs, stalling every ten meters. Every day, we had to wait between 30 minutes and an hour in the heat for the driver to pick us up. Before booking, we were told that we would be picked up from our hotel for each activity, but in the end, we were asked to walk to another street to be picked up, and if we refused, the driver practically yelled at us and left us waiting! I dealt with "Laly" as the organizer, and when I raised this complaint with her, she told me I had to go to the point indicated by the driver (odd, before I paid for my activities, there was no problem with her picking me up at my hotel as indicated on the flyer). Not to mention the late confirmations of meeting times; once I didn't receive the time, so I followed up at 11:20 am. She informed me that the activity would start at 12:00 pm, and when I pointed this out, I got a "well, why didn't you send me a message when you saw I hadn't told you anything?" So, it's my fault, I'm on vacation, I pay for a service, and apparently, I also have to do Laly's job! Another time, I complained to her about the fact that there were too many people on the boat and we had to lie down on the upper deck in the sun because there weren't enough seats on the first floor. Instead of trying to understand the situation, she contradicted me by speaking to me in a very familiar way, which I absolutely did not appreciate! To make matters worse, she sent the agency manager onto the boat, who came to me and started his sentence with, "WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM? YOU WANT ME TO FIND YOU A SPOT? COME ON! WHY ARE YOU COMPLAINING?!" To give you an idea of ​​how awkward it was, the people next to us were shocked. They said, "What kind of way is that to speak to customers? That's not normal!" Basically, I learned that if I complained about something, they either blamed me or attacked me 😅 In short, it was far from the timed organization promised by "nasdas." Having already stayed in Hurghada with the agency "Hurghada Dreams," I can now confirm that Hurghada Dreams is much better, especially in terms of organization. I think there's a lot of work to be done on your organization and also on your employees. It's a real shame because there are people like Rody, Mostafa, and Sonson who are fantastic guides and deserve better recognition for their work!
