Today I went scuba diving with our guide Mohamed, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were attentive, and the activity was very well-structured and organized. Lunch was also good. I highly recommend this travel agency.

We booked a snorkeling and island-hopping excursion through this agency. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. First, the boat was very crowded, with about forty tourists on board. During the snorkeling session, the guides who accompanied us in the water used food to attract the fish, which significantly detracted from the authenticity of the experience. Furthermore, the snorkeling time was very short, barely 15 to 20 minutes, probably due to the large number of participants. The photographers on board were also very pushy in selling their photo sessions, which can be unpleasant when you simply want to enjoy the excursion. Regarding the insurance offered by the agency, we encountered a problem requiring a refund. Despite the advertised coverage, the agency invoked conditions that had never been clearly presented beforehand and refused any reimbursement. We found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. We felt that the agency prioritized its image on social media and tourist posts over genuine customer satisfaction. For comparison, we booked a second excursion directly through our hotel (dolphin watching and swimming). The price was the same, but the experience was completely different: there were only about fifteen of us on the yacht, and we enjoyed approximately two hours of snorkeling at several secluded spots, observing dolphins and other marine life in their natural habitat, among the coral reefs. We also had free time to swim, dive, or simply enjoy the sea at our own pace. This second experience was far more authentic, enjoyable, and respectful of the marine environment. For this reason, I do not recommend this agency and advise booking these types of activities directly through your hotel.

Dolphin watching day at sea with Ibraim was fantastic! We got to swim with dolphins, see other kinds of fish, and enjoy breakfast and lunch! The team was amazing :) A huge thank you to Ibraim for his friendliness and for translating throughout the day; he was always smiling! Scuba diving day with Muhammad was also a great day, and he's a very good translator. Thank you to him for this day of fish and coral :) However, the 15 minutes of diving time wasn't accurate… only 9 minutes were recorded on the camera…

Excellent day for a scuba diving excursion with buffet for only €30, Mohamed our guide was 10/10, plus we saw dolphins
